There is an amazing range of activities around Valdaora and the Jägerhof for active holidaymakers and connoisseurs.
Thanks to its central location, the hotel makes the ideal starting-point for many sporting activities, for visits to museums, castles and palaces but also for relaxing in the delightful countryside.

You can head off on your mountain bike along the signposted routes in Valdaora or go on a hiking tour up to one of the open Alpine huts – all directly from the Hotel Jägerhof. The Lago di Anterselva and the Lago di Braies are also in the vicinity and well worth a visit. Cool off in the warm summer months in the outdoor swimming pool in Valdaora.

Treat yourself to some of the local specialities and delicacies in the nearby restaurants, they round off an active and relaxing holiday perfectly.

There are lots of fun outdoor activities for our younger guests in the Kinderwelt and Kids Area Panorama in Valdaora. The Kinderwelt is a specially designed playground covering several hundred square metres, consisting of a forest playground, a water world and a climbing world. The highlight is the 65-metre-long slide and new tree house trail in the water world.

The Kids Area Panorama promotes the athletic abilities of the little ones using dirt boards, a tubing run and a sports trampoline.

Plan de Corones is also ideal for a family excursion. The cable cars will bring you directly to the summit, from where you can start for a family-friendly circular hike with a 360° panoramic view of the surrounding valleys. Small children will love the Indian Village, the climbing park, and the playground.

Those interested in culture should have a look at the Concordia bell and visit the MMM Corones museum on top of Plan de Corones. Last, but not least, there are numerous alpine huts awaiting you with tasty food and drinks.
